Emergency Action Plan implementation on all job sites. Direct debriefs weekly and daily if needed between owners and superintendants Site Orientation: - Hazards observed are noted - Risks of the project explained -Weather forecast discussions -EAP outline
Fire Mitigation
Firewatch includes resources and itinerary to ensure adequate protective measures. -Fire Blankets: Protective coverings over any flammable material or finished products to protect integrity and prevent a fire from starting -Fire Extinguishers: Provided at every welding spot to curb spread of any fire that starts. -Watering Sprayers- Water-filled spray tanks are used to spray areas around welding to prevent fire from starting.
Fall Protection
Fall protection implementation for any platform above 6ft. height as per OSHA regulations, -Personal PFA's: Harnesses for each employee use double lanyard systems for optimal tie off. -Guardrails: Temporary guardrails are set up at or above 42" to prevent falls properly. -Nets: In cases that railing cannot be installed due to restrictions, netting is set up as a preventative measure for fall safety.
